Welcome to Aperture Arts. By purchasing prints or related products (“Products”) from our online store, you agree to the following Terms of Sale. Please read them carefully.
1. Orders
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (for example, in the case of errors in product information or suspected fraudulent activity).
2. Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
Payment is required at checkout. Accepted payment methods are listed at checkout.
3. Shipping & Delivery
We ship to the address provided by you at checkout. Please ensure it is accurate.
Shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
4. Returns & Refunds
Because each print is custom-produced, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
5. Intellectual Property
All images, prints, and designs are the intellectual property of Aperture Arts / Martin Castrogiovanni and are protected by copyright.
Purchase of a print does not transfer copyright. Prints are for personal display use only. They may not be reproduced, scanned, copied, resold, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of our Products.
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the Product.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Sale at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our store constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
